Sanitary HTST systems use our plate or shell & tube exchangers for continuous flow pasteurization. Product flows through sanitary plates or tubes. Regeneration preheats incoming cold product with outgoing hot product. Heating section raises temperature using hot water/steam. Hold tube maintains time. Cooling section rapidly lowers temperature.
